CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

“Customer Care Representative” is required in a reputable warehousing and logistics company located in UAE.

· Work Location – Cairo Egypt
· Salary: 400 USD Net / Month
· Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM UAE time – GMT +4.
· Days off: Sunday only

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Operations Team that will be responsible for coordinating and managing various logistics activities to ensure the efficient and timely movement of goods and materials.

Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries and track shipment status.
· Manage inventory levels and stock availability, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
· Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address any logistics-related issues or concerns.
·Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.Requirements:
· BA Degree.
· Fluency in English is a Must
· 3-5 years of experience in Customer Care.
· Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
· Ability and willingness to learn about products and service specifications and benefits
· Patient and friendly personality
