-Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
-Reviewing resumes and screening candidates to identify the most qualified individuals.
– Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
– Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
– Conducting reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
– Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices.
– Bachelor’s degree in #HumanResources, #Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
– Proven experience as a recruitment specialist in a Recruitment agency is a plus.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
