– Proven experience working in public relations, preferably within the real estate industry.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals and stakeholders.
– Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful public relations campaigns.
– Proficiency in utilizing various media channels, including traditional and digital platforms.
– Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
– Leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
– Knowledge of social media platforms and experience leveraging them for PR purposes.
