Senior technical support for J-Technology

Senior technical support is required for a software house located in nozha
requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, network engineering, information technology, or a related field.
– 2+ years of real experience working on IT technical support and Asterisk platform.
– Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Preference given to candidates with some of the following: Sec+, Net+, A+, Cloud+, CCNA, MCP, MCSA, MCITP.
– Knowledge of hardware technology and concepts.
