MEP SENIOR MANAGER

“MEP Senior Manager” is required for International Construction Company located in New Cairo.

Job Description
·Plan, manage, lead, and control, MEP works.
Develop and maintain the MEP Project design concept by regular review.
·Arrange full construction MEP Installation & planning support during the design phase to maximize constructability.
·Overseeing that the highest standards of health and safety are considered a priority through all stages of the project
·Managing cost reduction/value engineering tasks related to MEP trades.
Participate in any necessary quality audits in relation to MEP works.
Oversee the testing and commissioning program and ensure contractor compliance in conjunction with the Supervision Consultant
Manage the handover of MEP systems to the Operator.
·Manage providing technical replies to contractors’ RFI’s and construction team queries related to MEP works received from the site during construction
·Lead problem-solving and resolution of design issues
Ensure that the design intent and design performance criteria are maintained through the design development and construction process.
Job Requirements
·Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing Engineering.
·Previous Experience 10-15 years in high-rise towers (MENA region) or Gulf Area, Class A+ Projects.
·LEED Certification is a must.
·Fluency in English is a must.
