Area Sales Manager for Kanawat Telecom

Urgently Required for Telecommunication Company Area Sales Manager for (Greater Cairo) preferring experience in retail with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a managerial level.
Job Responsibilities and Duties-
– Ability to manage the number of employees specified.
– Ability to manage assigned number of stores inside/ outside Greater Cairo
– Coordinate activities of employees and supervise them.
– Follow target and quality for each branch to make sure that objectives will be met.
– Keeping track of day-to-day operations held by employees.
– Should be able to know all the procedures and work conditions in that area to manage it effectively.
– Responsible for maintaining records of employee timings and leaves also the productivity-sales averages.
– Responsible for everything related to the branch (Target- cleanliness- attitude of employees- contracts- NTRA- complains of both customers and employees- revising information of customers- merchandising (posters/accessories)- system- looking for new branches.
– Ensure quality measurements according to the company and NTRA policies – Direct contact with orange regarding operation and people issues.
– Achieve Assigned Sales Target over the Areas for Items and revenue
