Project &Program Management Enablement Lead

Job Description:

• Gather the Cairo RDC capacity and skills requirements to support the medium to long term business needs.

• Create the PM organization transformation plan to reach expected target. Get RDC and field leadership buy-in.

• Drive the execution of the transformation plan with the full support from the Global Project and Program Management Enablement team

• Collaborate with Global Project and Program Management Enablement team Leader & Theatre peers to the Global Project and Program Management strategy.

• Contribute to the creation of the career path for member resources.

• Provide on request adequate sales and pre-sales support. Participate to the Solution Reviews and address risk areas related to Project / Program Management.

• Participate in Program Manager staffing escalations and decisions.

• Drive strong governance and consistency of methodology, deliverables and disciplines in order to enhance TCE. Ensure projects are delivered following high quality standards and best practices.

• Foster development of program management skills. Ensure PM readiness for new and emerging offerings and technologies.

• Drive Talent Management and Recruiting strategy alongside with RDC leadership
