QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Confidential company is looking for Quality Control Manager
Job Description:
– Ensuring that our products/services meet and surpass industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
– Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors, technicians, and analysts.
– Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
– Monitor and enforce compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal quality standards.
– Maintain and improve the company’s quality Control system, ensuring its effectiveness and adherence.
– Train and mentor team members in quality control techniques, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Science
– Certification in quality management (Six Sigma, Lean, ISO) is a plus.
– 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in quality control/assurance and must have more than 4 years at the same level.
– experience in manufacturing industry.
– Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Leadership Skills.
