SENIOR ANDROID DEVELOPER

We’re looking for a Senior Android developer to join our team with 3+ years of experience as an app developer.

• Minimum of 3 years of software development experience as a native mobile developer on Android.
• Hands-on experience in both Java .
• Hands-on experience in Jetpack Compose.
• Lead and coach other engineers where required
• Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts and a strong passion for software development
• Hands-on experience in modern mobile design practices. Ex: VIPER, MVVM, MVI, MVP, SOLID principals, and TDD
• Solid design and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and security
• Proactive and has a can-do attitude
• Drives successful technical initiatives that improve productivity, performance, and quality.
• Self-motivated and can motivate others
• Lead by example by taking ownership, being proactive, and collaborating.
• Attention to detail while also taking care of the bigger picture
• Solid leadership skills and leading by example
• Ability to mentor developers on the best practices
• Solid hands-on experience in securing applications
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Agile practices

• Excellent communication; written and spoken. Ability to influence and cooperate with people at all levels.

• Fully comfortable working in English, both in writing and speaking.

Additional points

– Experience in other platforms and technologies iOS, web, flutter, etc…
– Experience in systems architecture especially in complex and scalable systems
– Experience in the Banking & FinTech industry.
– Ability to build and expand the team – Experience with A/B testing
