IT SECTION HEAD

IT Section Head is needed to be hired in a very well-known manufacturing company in Alexandria

– Monitor daily operations, including server hardware, software and operating systems
– Evaluate users’ needs and system functionality and ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs
– Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff
– Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
– Take decision concerning new technologies and needs for hardware and software upgrading
– Ensure backup systems operate effectively
– Supervise & support the IT teamQualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering
– Min. 7 years of experience in IT field
– Manufacturing industry is a must
– CCNA , MCSA is a must
– Good English command
