HR SENIOR OFFICER

The University of Hertfordshire, hosted by Global Academic Foundation, is now hiring!!.

Position: HR Senior Officer-Reporting to HR Executive Director

1- GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Human Resource Senior Officer is responsible to assist the HR director in developing the department’s structures, policies, and procedures development and implementation, job descriptions for all departments, workload assessment, and any other tasks requested by the HR Director.
Ensure that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans, and programs are realized.

2- DUTIES:
– Handle all OD activities
– Responsible for admin staff recruitment process.
– Develop, update, and evaluate UH-GAF job Descriptions.
– Responsible for admin staff evaluation and performance appraisal.
– Assist HR Director in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
– Assist HR Director in identifying the manpower plan and needs.
– Conduct Interviews and Exit interviews.
– Assist HR Director in administering special projects in areas of pay or others.
– Assist HR Director in preparing the UH-GAF Organization Charts.
– Identify training and development opportunities.
-Handle all admin staff contracts.
-Monitor recruitment budget on a monthly basis.
-Responsible for admin staff monthly updates.

3- JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Education:
– Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

• Experience:
– Minimum 8 years of experience in the HR field preferably in universities and has academic background with management exposure.

• Skills:
– Motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
– Strong interpersonal skills are essential; managerial, decision-making, communication skills, and organizational skills are also useful in this profession.
– Advanced knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
– Advanced knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance & labor laws.
– Fluent English command.
– Strong in Microsoft Office.
– Excellent communication skills.
– HR Diploma is a plus.
– Organized personality.
– Attention to detail.
– Creative thinking skills.
