CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROJECTS COORDINATOR
Senior Customer Service and Projects Coordinator is needed for a company specialized in manufacturing kitchens:
Responsibilities:
* Creates project management document/calendar.
* Creates each project timeline.
* Creates each project budget.
* Ensures timely flow of work between all departments.
* Ensures collection of final client contracts & main file.
* Creates delivery schedule.
* Creates installation schedule.
* Coordinates delivery and installation dates with clients and ensures it’s on time.
* Communicates final schedule with all team.
* Customer survey phone call end of each project.
* Submits final Guarantee Certificate to clients.
* Receives customer service calls.
* Receives maintenance requests and communicates them with operations department.
* Handles customer excellence items, external purchasing with external suppliers (workshops and appliances)
* Handles imported purchasing with Italy.
Requirements:
* BSc. or BA. Degree
* 7+ years of experience
* Fluent English
* Result-driven
* Technical and operations oriented
* Previous experience in customer service is a must
* Leadership skills
* Extensive, accurate product knowledge
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Problem solving, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, planning, and writing skills
* Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects
Employment Type: Contract – Full-time
Working Days: 5 days a week
