Job Duties :-
1-Preparing the selling strategy of the company to achieve sales targets
2-Selling and promoting the company products to the clients.
3-Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients.
4-Have responsibility for all sales, operations and oversees activities across the sales teams.
5-Setting targets for the team and leading them to execute the sales plan to achieve the targeted sales and adjust their performance to achieve the required target.
6-Responsible for meeting sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
7-Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
8-Contacting clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
9- Develop effective training programs to teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
10- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
11-Recruit qualified and experienced sales team, train and develop them.
12-Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
13-Analyzing trends and results and generating timely sales reports.
Job Requirements :-
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Analytical Skills
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Proven sales experience, preferably in Real Estate
– Experience:- 10 : 15 Years
-Strong communication, Negotiation and interpersonal skills
