HR SENIOR MANAGER

HR Senior Manager is needed to be hired in a trading & manufacturing chemicals company in Alexandria Cairo Desert Road, Behira
Job description/ duties:
– HR Strategy
– HR operating model, HR Technology, and structure
– HR Activities (Talent acquisition, L&D, C&B, PMS and HR service delivery)
– HR policies, procedures
– Organization design, development, and Change management
– Organization Culture and environment development

Qualifications:
– University degree with post-studies MBA-DBA will be an asset
– HR Professional certificate (PHRI-HRSCP-HRCI)
– Experience is not less than 15 years preferred in industrial companies with at least 5 years in HR managerial position
– Proven track with HR transformation and HR leadership
