HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) SPECIALIST

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and management on various HR-related matters. This role will involve managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. The HR Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Work Location: Al-Merghani, Al-Montazah, Heliopolis district

Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
– Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires
– Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee relations issues
– Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and provide recommendations for resolution
– Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
– Administer employee benefits programs
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Conduct employee training on HR-related topics
– Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– At least 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
