PERSONNEL & PAYROLL SPECIALIST
ATM Pharmaceuticals HR Department is Hiring a “#Personnel & #Payroll #Specialist”
Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips
Responsible for tracking and applying the allowances and penalties
Conduct payroll audits and balances to ensure accuracy.
Receive, review and audit the overtime sheets.
Track and follow up employee’s attendance, leaves, overtime and absences to issue salary reports.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, or promotions.
Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.
Manage & update employee’s files.
Track employees’ absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
Handle all the medical insurance issues (monthly chronic cases, approvals, complaints, refunds, Emergency Funds, cancellation) and following up with the medical insurance provider
Administer personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires.
Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.
Prepare HR letters and experience certificates upon request.
Responsible for Annual renewals of contracts.
Assist HR Manager in preparing HR budget if needed as assigned
Assist into Monitoring and updating the existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures, developing employee’s benefits (cash & Non cash benefits).
Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment regarding the policies.
Review all the mobile invoices for all the company employees and prepare a report to the finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or any other relevant field.
Proven work experience from 1 to 3 years in personnel & payroll
Experience in the pharmaceutical field is preferred
HR diploma or certificate is a must
Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles
Excellent communication and people skills.
