Senior Software Trainer - Expertise and Knowledge Management

Build training material as per VIAS need to cover most of internal training topics Convert training to online material and videos to cover the majority of our population in an efficient way Conduct class rooms in Cairo and Chennai for induction and other specific topics Build and maintain the yearly technical training Catalogue Integrate with teams in order to get the technical challenges and provide tailored training and consultancy accordingly Measure the effectiveness of conducted training Continuous improvement of training material by collecting feedback and acting accordingly B.Sc. of engineering majoring in computer, electronics and communication or mechatronics. M.Sc or PhD is a plus. A min of 4 years of experience in embedded software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with service-oriented mindset are a must. Exposure to the different SW processes as well as different embedded SW technologies is a must. Previous experience in conducting embedded SW training or embedded SW consultation is a must. Multinational exposure is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously under pressure. High level of commitment and ownership to the assigned mission and objectives. Result oriented.
