RECRUITMENT SECTION HEAD
A reputable FMCG Company located in Nasr City is Now Hiring “Recruitment Section Head” with the following requirements:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach the recruiting team.
• Help and direct the recruitment team for each request, while supporting them in creating the needed database.
• Forecasting the manpower needs, create the recruitment annual plan and its related implementation strategy.
• Monitor market’s trends in hiring practices, and take the necessary action accordingly.
• Review and audit the recruitment processes in a continuous manner and take required actions when needed.
• Maintain tracking the recruitment metrics on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Support the company recruitment branding.
• Train line managers on interviewing techniques.
• Managing the recruitment budget, studying all available options, and select the best combination.
• Keep on track with recruitment events and employment fairs.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• 5-7 years of experience in Recruitment function; with minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory position
• Preferably have a previous experience in using (ZOHO ATS)
• HR Certificate is preferred
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
