Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Maadi, Cairo

Employment Type: [Full-time]

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Implement innovative and creative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
Provide timely and insightful feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and job specifications.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring).
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates.
Solid understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
