SENIOR-PRE SALE AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Responsible for preparing the technical architecture with optimal design to meet the customer’s expectations.
Study and review the technical specifications for supervisory control systems and prepare the technical and commercial offers.
In charge of technical coordination between different parties in the project to ensure smooth customer handover
Preparing tender submittals (offer creation, system architecture design, preparing the BOQ)
Lead the technical meetings with customers.
Follows up on proposals and negotiates with customers in coordination with the Sales team.
Increase the quality of service and commitment during the tender phase to achieve the company’s financial targets.
Conduct a site survey when needed, with the possibility of working out of the office for 30%.
Extending support to the pre sales automation engineer, especially in the coordination of conducting the site survey and cooperation internally with the sales team and externally with customers.
Ensure completing the career development-delegated tasks, whether from the section head or from the managers.
Job Requirements
Engineering bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of Automation (Electrical power/Mechatronics/communication)
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Automation designing, pre-sales and especially in problem-solving in automation
Industrial Automation expert with strong knowledge in automation and Process Control to be seen as an expert in this field by Schneider Electric / Siemens products
Very Good Knowledge of network communication, PLC, HMI, gateways, and software
Very Good background, preferably in the field of Water Process
Very Good at communicating with Customers, co-workers, and Local sales and Marketing teams, in the industry Process automation market
Very Good at Analytical Skills
Very Good At Negotiation Skills
English Language: very good
