About the Job :

Lead the delivery process and support and monitor the team of Area Managers to ensure a good delivery experience.

Job responsibilities:

– Supervision all daily operations related to the last mile delivery.

– Support and training of area managers.

– Provide solutions to daily operational problems.

– Submit weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager.

– Submitting an improvement plan for the branches and raising the performance.

– Communicate with human resources to solve salary problems and others.

Job requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree.

– 3 to 5 years of experience in shipping and operations.

– Experience in preparing reports and analyzing data.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– People management skills.

– work under pressure.

– Strong Microsoft skills (Excel/Word).
