Convertedin is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a People & Culture Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, partnering with leadership to retain and attract top talent, and create a positive employee experience. As a marketing operating system for e-Commerce, our goal is to revolutionize the industry by using data and insights to personalize multi-channel marketing. We have helped over 800 e-Commerce businesses worldwide achieve their desired outcomes using our artificial intelligence capabilities. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement people policies and procedures that align with Convertedin's vision and culture
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employment related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent management
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and hire top talent within the organization
• Design and deliver a wide range of HR programs that support employee development, engagement, and retention
• Drive the onboarding process for new hires ensuring they have a positive experience
• Advise and coach leaders and managers on HR related matters
• Ensure Convertedin's compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years as People Partner or Tech Talent Acquisition Partner
• Solid experience in tech talent acquisition is a must.
• Experience in a tech start up is a must.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and take a proactive approach
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Thorough understanding of human resources related laws, regulations, and compliance procedures
