Recruitment Specialist (Steel Manufacturing /Fabrication)

Position requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
1-2 years as HR Recruiter “Blue collar – white collar” is a Must
Experience at Industrial is a Must
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
HR Certificate or Diploma is must
Resident at Sherouk, El-Obour, Badr or 10th of Ramadan city is a Must
Good English verbal and written communication skills
