Exo Studio is seeking a passionate sales executive to join our team.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Developing and implementing sales plans.
Establish a client base of individuals, organizations, associations, social, and/or corporate businesses through direct outside and inside selling to secure business for the company to ensure that sales and revenue goals are met or exceeded. Actively prospect and qualify new business.
Follow up with clients regularly.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
The Successful Applicant
At least 2 years of sales experience.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel or Google Docs – Google Sheets.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
