IT OPERATION MANAGER

TMT is hiring “IT Operations Manager ”
Company based in Alexandria.

Responsibilities:

– Managing and maintaining the day-to-day operations for the IT infrastructure and systems
– Establishing and managing the SLAs Service Level Agreements & OLAs Service Operational Agreements
– Establishing and maintaining operational processes/procedures for critical IT operations
– Operating in line with the ITIL best practice, maintaining continuous service improvement
– Maintaining the IT Service Catalogue by ensuring data are accurate and up to date
– Continuously contributing to the ongoing and new projects and activities whenever required
– Closely working with all stakeholders to align Service Performance to the Business needs
– Closely working with the project team to support the successful delivery of new solutions
– Mitigating identified risks and ensuring to report them through the appropriate channels
– Enforcing fault finding and problem-solving through a well-designed incident process
– Enforcing change management process through the approved channels
– Maintaining a strong relationship with local and international vendors
– Recruiting, developing, and coaching high-performing IT professionals
– Protecting all IT assets while maintaining an accurate asset registry
– Managing the application development and deployment cycles
– Conducting disaster recovery drills on a regular basis

Qualification:

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, Communication Engineering.
– Advanced international IT certificates
– MBA would be a plus.
– Requires at least 10 years of IT experience including +2 years in IS/IT Operations preferred
– Requires at least two years of management / supervisory experience
– Preferred In-depth experience in on-premises and cloud environments, managing datacenters
– Proven records in leading IT Operations teams and working with cross-functional teams
– Strong understanding of HCI, databases, TOS, ERP, CMMS, telecommunication, and network
– Proven records in leading IT Operations teams and working with cross-functional teams
– Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong project management experience
– Focus on technical innovation and engineering leadership

– Certifications: ITIL, CCNP, MSCE, NIST, SANS PICERL, Azure, and Leadership are well regarded
