IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

A well-known company working in Home Appliance field is looking to hire “IT Technical Support ”

Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science or relevant.
· 1+ years of experience in related field.
· Microsoft certificates will be preferable.
· Network certificates will be preferable
· Excellent in troubleshooting and highly problem-solving competencies.
· High level of communication skills across the organization.
· Good command of English.

Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support for local and remote users.
· Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
· Troubleshoot the network and system services
· Excellent in troubleshooting and highly problem-solving competencies
· Apply all IT policies and regulations.
· Provide Technical Support for Hardware and Software Issues.
