Quality Recieving Section Manager

• Obtains customer satisfaction & loyalty feedback from surveys and other relevant sources;
• Ensures specific issues are promptly managed and closed;
• Builds and shares analysis of the key satisfaction and loyalty drivers, and drives improvement actions;
• Deploys the best practices;
• Ensures deployment and operation of the global process in several countries;
• Ensures that complaints to the plant are resolved effectively, without delay without dissatisfaction of the customer (From other Schneider Entities too);
• Escalate customer issues to the right organization whenever needed, and supports collaborative resolution in the customer's best interest;
• Ensure all customer issues are regularly analysed in order to identify top issues and launch projects to prevent them;
• Interact regularly with customers to better understand their expectations and concerns (Factory Acceptance Test);
• Do customer visit on site;
• Monitor the plant’s NPS (Net Promoter Score), determine and deploy actions to improve the customer satisfaction;
• Run the Product Return Management (Analysis and Expertise Center if any);
• Lead CRIMES process;
• Create dynamic networking with other organizations, as the Front Office, in order to recover the customer satisfaction in an efficient way;
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to give economical inputs in case of customer claims;
• Manage the expert assessment process from Root Cause analysis validation up till the measurement of the effectiveness of the actions performed;

• Validate the Expert Assessment reports on time at the Quality level expected by the customer and communicate to customer.

• A bachelor's degree of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Control.
