#HR Specialist (Personnel-Payroll-Recruitment)
*Immediately Joining

(EGO Group)Luxury Multi Brand Retail Company, operating more than 130 international luxury fashion brands. Owning 49 on ground stores throughout Egypt.

Responsibilities:

-Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
-Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
-Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
-Manage payroll functions.
– Create and publish job ads in various portals
-Screen resumes and job applications
-Ensure building effective pool of candidates.
-Support in other functions as required.

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
* 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist (Personnel-Payroll-Recruitment) in retail company preferred fashion retail .
* Excellent English both spoken and written.
* Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
* Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
* Excellent user of MS Office.
* Excellent communication, presentation, time management and problem-solving skills.
* Male or Female.
* Work Location: Heliopolis
Preferred living Nearby Heliopolis or Nasr City.
