We are hiring a #Senior #HR Generalist to join us at Bevatel Company for Cloud Call Center Solutions
– Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company’s goals and objectives.
– Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on all HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
– Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and job offers.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, workplace safety, and employee rights.
– Develop and deliver HR training programs to management and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
– Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related programs.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
– Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
– Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
