Position: 4G Expert
Responsibilities:-

· Volt Activation & Trouble Shooting support Engineer for Nokia Radio NW (Year 1), including post-processing service on top of the provisioned 4G resource 1 year-based service.
· Abnormal case investigation: provide recommendations for LTE/VOLT based on log file data shared by NOKIA S.A.E.
· Mapping and activation of the available features vis-à-vis other vendors and/or providing alternatives that achieve the same objective (if available).
· Set 4G short-term and long-term plans such as network capacity expansions and performance Kips following NOKIA strategy and goals. • Enhance competitive position within the assigned region through active participation in optimization campaigns.
· Develop and assist in establishing network optimization strategies and goals to improve operations, products, and services to resolve network problems within a short-time scale.
· Create a process framework, and initiate, and direct improvement activities to ensure quality of service.
· Propose the parameter settings needed to achieve the network strategy such as mobility and other strategies
• Provide ongoing suggestions for the utilization of features, configurations, etc.
