HR SECTION HEAD

Job Title: HR Section Head
Location: New Cairo.
Job Summary : Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the high-level strategies of HR Functions including Recruitment, Organizational Development, policies and procedures, training and performance management system strategies and plans.

Job Description :
 Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
 Design and implement company’s Relevant HR policies and procedures and ensure applying it in all companies’ department.
 Design and oversees the yearly manpower plan, in accordance with the departments’ head.
 Execute and manage the quarterly appraisal processes, including collecting data, setting departmental objective and KPI’s in accordance with the department’s head and participate in engage these data to develop a bonus and commission scheme.
 Conduct the training needs analysis for employees, and set the training plan according to the approved budget.
 Supervise and monitor all interviews and maintain appropriate recruitment status reports and analyze all metrics and assist to implement all recruitment strategies & issue status report
 Monitor the employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
 Organize the workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
 Follow up the tasks with the team.
Qualification:
• A bachelor of Business Administration degree or relevant degree.
• +10 Years of experience (At least 5 Years in Managerial Level).
