OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

We are hiring for one of our companies Fastfwd Operations Specialist ( Import) to join our team

Job description:

*Negotiating rates for import shipments air freight, sea freight ( FCL- LCL)
*Coordinate shipping schedule with Sales department and client.
*Arrange booking for confirmed orders.
*Following up with agent about the shipment documents, customs clearance and keep our clients updated.
*Daily report about ongoing shipments to the direct manager.

Requirements:
• from 3 to 4 years experience at the same field.
• Very good English level.
• Professional user of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
