FLEET SUPERVISOR

Ridgewood Is seeking a good caliber to join as a “Fleet Supervisor”.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day fleet operation activities.
•Supervise drivers ensuring their strict adherence to relevant policies and procedures concerning authorized use of vehicles, maintenance plan, vehicles’ cleanliness, trip records, adherence to local traffic rules and regulations, professional driving conduct, etc.
•Review and verify completed trip records on daily basis
•Review and verify fleet’s maintenance checklist
•Continuous auditing for outsourcing service centers. Issue materials and spare parts requests.
•Review suppliers’ quotations and make sure that it meets the vehicles requirements.
•Liaise with contracted service providers and car agents to ensure quality maintenance and repair services are rendered per best standards.
•Track fleet usage and maintain an accurate inventory of fleet. Create and execute periodic and preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
•Ensure vehicle’s licenses are renewed in due course.
•Ensure drivers always have valid driving licenses.
•Maintain files for fleet’s documents.
•Minimize road breakdowns to reach zero road failures and prepare road breakdowns and root cause failure analysis reports.
Qualifications
•5 Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.
•Strong reporting skills. Deep knowledge of fleet quality and safety rules.
•Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Problem solving and time management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
•Expert using of MS Office.
