LOGISTICS MANAGER

For immediate hiring to a leading Egyptian company specialist in Agriculture and Export Fruits & Vegetables:

#Description:
Setting all transportation tender requirements along with global purchasing and according to the sales plan.
Collecting and managing all orders and requirements from all related countries to make export sales forecast and export transportation budget.
Lead all export transportation projects for opening new sales channels, cost saving, etc.
Participating & Coordinating with Product Line, supply chain and in new product launch to ensure shipping route, transportation contracts and cost calculation to achieve the project targets in a proper time.
Developing action plans for mitigating all kinds of transportation risks.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with all countries, customs, suppliers, FF, shipping lines, SC, and warehousing.
Formulating transportation planning strategies.
Follow up planning schedule for vessels and loading dates & all documentation process with customs to secure delivery date, avoid any demurrage or storage fees and customer satisfaction.
containerization process on a regional scope.
Planning and stating required shipping instruction for all shipments from all countries to deliver as per scheduled.
Collecting forecast per country per supplier.
Enhancing the containerization and revise with Supply chain.
Reviewing the legalization process with team and submitted to trade finance.
Managing all inspection activities as per Egyptian regulation.
Monitor all shipping lines performance and creating the needed KPI to measure their performance.
Submitting all the required documents (PO/invoice / SWB/ Packing list) to trade finance as per CBE’s regulation within.
Manage all shipping for samples requested from product line and R&D with air fright or
#Requirements:
– Willing to start and join immediately
– El-Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October resident is A MUST
– Export fresh foods industry is highly recommended

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
+10 Years’ experience in the same field.
Custom clearance license & experience.
Local & International distribution experience.
Fluent English.
CPIM, CISCM & or/MBA is a plus
