Canal Sugar is Looking for a ” #Senior Talent Acquisition ” based in Minya as per the below details:

– Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Develop a network of potential calibers and industry professionals to help build a strong pool of candidates.
• Interviews and screens candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
• Completes the hiring process by drafting and gaining sign-off on offer letters.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Presents job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiates job offers for the most qualified candidates.
• Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment documentation.
• Coordinates with the HR Manager to ensure all new hiring processing takes place on the employee’s first day of work.

– Qualifications/ Competencies:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in recruiting white-collar and blue-collar mass hiring.
• Minya Residents Only is Must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
