Position :- Senior Technology Manager
Location :- Hybrid (Zayed – Giza, Egypt)
Job Description :-
· Lead and manage the backend, frontend, mobile, devops, and data analysis teams, providing hands-on technical leadership and guidance.
· Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and debugging activities, serving as a technical mentor for team members.
· Solve the most complex technical challenges, make critical architecture decisions, and provide innovative solutions to new challenges.
· Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and product management to define software development goals, priorities, and timelines.
· Drive the development and implementation of engineering processes and best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
· Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and guidance on learning plans for tech teams.
· Lead recruitment efforts to attract top engineering talent, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
· Ensure compliance with security and data privacy requirements throughout the development process.
· Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge within the team.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture, inspiring and motivating team members.

Job Requirement :-
· Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or information Technology is a must.
·7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
· Strong background in software architecture, backend software development, and scaling high-traffic secure systems.
· Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
· Previous experience in a technical leadership or management role, with a track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
· Proven ability to solve complex technical issues and make critical architecture decisions.
· Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
