Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Technical Scope)

Ensuring compliance with defined processes and quality standards, and providing visibility into product quality, that’s necessary to facilitate achieving customer satisfaction.

Team Level Responsibilities

Responsible for the quality of products according to customer specifications and respecting Valeo objectives. Improvement of the quality for customer satisfaction Handling customer escalations. Communicate and co-operate with other departments/sites, so that desired product outcomes are met.

Project Level Responsibilities

Perform technical reviews on different areas (SRS, Arch, Validation, and Integration). Perform process reviews. Plan & Execute Quality Activities on assigned projects. Verify the actions closure of quality issues. Integrate with the technical team to understand the product/project status. Participate in updating the process reviews Communicate with quality team and SW team Bobigny site on regular basis. Present project quality status in management meetings. Lead customer issues through QRQC process. Participate in ASPICE/ISO assessments and gap analysis closure. Bachelor degree of:Computer EngineeringElectronics & Communication EngineeringComputer Science 1-3 years experience in software industry. Embedded system experience is a must. Lighting system product knowledge is a plus Good communication and presentation skills Excellent command of English language is a must.
