JUNIOR IT HELP DESK ENGINEER

Junior IT Help Desk Engineer:
Job Description:
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Provide technical assistance and support for other systems, CCTV, Network Security, Backup Solutions, UPS, GPS, Storage System, Time Attendance, Internet Service, Voice and video communications and any other IT related system.
• Provide technical assistance and support for wired and wireless LAN and WAN communications.
• Diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
• Write training manuals.
• Train computer users.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
• Ask questions to determine the nature of problem.
• Walk customer through problem-solving process.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
• Diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities.
• Contact service providers when required.
• Assess new products or services and suggest enhancements to senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
