realme is hiring a "Technical Support Engineer"
Location: Nasr City, Cairo
*Job Description:
- Collect all problems whether Software or hardware and send them to the Quality department in China
- Analyze all problems
- Share the technical information with all department
- Publish all news related to the Software
- Training the staff
- Report to the manager
*Requirements:
- Cairo residents only
- Max age is 30 years
- Minimum 1+year experience in relevant field
- Very good knowledge of software problems
- Experience with mobiles is a must
- Very good in English.
