We are hiring an IT Specialist at Fast n Accurate Logistic Services Co.:

Requirements:
1- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology.
2- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
3- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
4- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
5- Familiarity with network protocols, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
6- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
7- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing high-quality support.
8- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
9- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
