we work in dropshipping , as an educational platform and businesses support services.
what we do is to help our customers to be professional as the company mainly present E-learning provides, business support consultancy of online business services.
They will be Responsible for :
Explain any info about the industry to our clients
Answering the clients inquires
Giving details about products , Merchants, and any requested information
Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
work conditions:
Full time position from company.
First shift (morning shift): we provided flexible working hours for morning 9:5 or 10:6 (Females only)
Based working for night shift
: 5pm:12am (Males only)
location: New Cairo.
