ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Nakheel Developments is looking for #accounting Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
•Establishes internal control and guidelines for accepting transactions.
•Oversees preparation of business activity report, financial forecasts and annual budgets.
•Full responsibility of the general ledger including the process of collecting data from accounting team, entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications and interdepartmental entries.
•Oversees the production of periodic financial reports, ensure that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
•Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year, files annual corporate tax return.
•Oversees the process of implementing the accounting system.
•provides financial analysis according to followed standards.Requirements:
•Minimum 7 years of experience.
•Real estate experience is must.
•Experience with using accounting software.
