FINISHING MANAGER

We are hiring at #ARGYNZA_for_Constructions a highly skilled and experienced #Finishing Manager to oversee our finishing operations, The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing finishing projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality and efficiency.Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-12 to 15 years’ experience in finishing projects (at least 4 years as a finishing management).
-Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
-Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
-Familiarity with relevant software and tools, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
