SENIOR SALES

WEmng is hiring Senior Sales for one of the most reputable cable companies with the following Requirements:

· Experience: 5 years experiences on sales/marketing related to Transmission, Electricity Sector, Cable Industry is a must
· Knowledge for Government Tender procedure, Organization on Electricity Authority
· Experience in the Cable Manufacturing Company
· Excellent Communication and Negotiable Skills
· Language: English (Excellent communication& written skills)

Job description:

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports in accordance with finance department to the top management

• Identify market needs and being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Receive strategic goals from top management and set functional sales goals and action plan

• Prepares written reports of sales activities including sales orders and forecasts.

• Ability to capture and specify the design requirements and the development and validation needed to deliver successful systems, products and components to meet the customer’s specifications

• Work closely with QA/QC, Production departments to fully understand design requirements

• Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs)

• Provide support to production to improve lead times

• Drive forward product development & innovation to generate engineering advantage for customers

• Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required

• Be customer facing

• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
