TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

NOK Human Capital is hiring #Talent Acquisition Specialist in #Maadi.

#Requirements:
– Minimum 6 months of experience in #Mass_Hiring CS & White Collars
-Fluent in English.
-HR certificate is a plus

#Job_description:
-Develop and execute recruiting plans.
-Creates his/her own pool of qualified candidates.
-Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
-Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping.
-Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
-Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

-8 working hours: From 9 AM to 5 PM.
-2 days off: Friday & Saturday.
-Medical & Social insurance.
