E-Channel Support Manager

Role Summary:

Effectively managing team of support for ATM, POS, and Card Management System, overseeing services’ performance of ATM, POS, and Card Solutions, ensuring high availability and acceptance at all times, provide support and recommendations to direct managers in IT related areas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee BAU activities for support and Implementation.
• Continuous improvement to services performance and quality.
• Delivering business solutions by ensuring that they are well tested and are rolled out in a manner that does not adversely affect business processes.
• Collect and account for transactions acquired through merchant establishments, ATMs and other sources.
• Establish and maintain data processing schedules and controls to ensure timely delivery of quality assured outputs.
• Keep track of systems and user related issues and attend to them promptly.
• Manage system upgrades and system patches as received from different stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 11 years of experience, 3 years of which within a Banking IT Supervisory role.
• Hands on experience in: -

-Payment schemes such as Visa, Master Card, Union Pay, JCB.

-Database Administration.

-Knowledge of Card Business and Banking Operations.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer Engineering.
• Understanding of banking business is an Advantage.

Required:

• Very Good in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
• No current relatives at Banque Misr.
