We are creating the Middle East’s local digital champion and are looking for world-class talent to join our team.

What you’ll do:

Managing day to day operations of the Darkstore and ensuring all systems and area is well maintained and fully functional

• Flagging any issues to the right stakeholders before they become a problem and making sure that a resolution is implemented

• Ensuring quick inbounding / stock transfer turnaround while solving any issues that may arise

• Handle Direct to store vendors and create relationships with their representatives

• Ensuring that the stock inside the Darkstore is always clean, safe, and following SOPs for storage

• Managing the expiry items according to SOPs

• Hands-on work ethic; ensuring all tasks are performed well

• Managing frequent activities such as stock take, relabeling, etc and reporting results to management

• Working with CS team constantly to ensure any customer complaints are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved

• Managing order fulfillment to make sure that orders arrive to customers within promise time, complete, and in good condition

• Other Darkstore activities that will be required by management

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
• 2+ years of experience in Logistics/Fulfillment or E-commerce
• Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop project program work plan and ensure compliance with relevant
• Stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Excel and MS applications, familiarity with business intelligence tools
