About the role:

Senior Product Managers serve as the intersection between Business, Design and Development. A Senior Product Manager's primary job is to consider the interests of company stakeholders and accordingly come up with a vision and roadmap for their product. Senior Product Managers are then expected to align with all the relevant parties needed to build the product and follow through with the roadmap.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful product delivery
• Conduct user research to identify and address user pain points and inform product decisions
• Define and track KPIs and key metrics to measure product performance and inform product optimizations
• Create detailed product specs and oversee feature documentation to ensure alignment across technical functions and teams
• Lead and mentor junior product managers and provide guidance and expertise on product management best practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in fintech and product management

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on fintech products
• Proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design frameworks
• Strong technical and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority
• Experience with agile product development methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
