Recruitment & OD Team-leader for Milk’s

Milk’s is looking for Recruitment & OD Team-leader.

Job Requirements :

· Bachelor’s degree and at least Human Resources Diploma.

· Minimum 8 years of HR experience, 4 years of which in a similar HR role.

· Advanced English (oral and written).

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.

· Excellent organizational and planning skills.

· Business Acumen driven, Strong Leadership Skills, Strong Analytical Skills, Strong Problem-Solving skills. Ability to think “out-of-the-box” with proven business cases.
