OLX Egypt is hiring sales professionals across levels within our Real Estate team. We're looking for candidates with 1-5 years experience as a sales consultant in the Real Estate & Online Marketplace industries.

 

As the Sales Manager - Jobs, you will oversee and lead the activities of the Jobs Sales Vertical.

 

In This Role, You Will

 

  • Hire, train, and onboard sales executives and team leaders
  • Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of sales executives, and team leaders
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
  • Handle discipline of employees in accordance with company policy
  • Provide leadership to the sales team
  • Meet planned sales goals
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team, track sales goals, and report results as necessary
  • Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets
  • Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
  • Assign territories and set targets, and objectives for sales teams
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs
  • Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales targets and strategies
  • Act as a company representative to build an ongoing healthy business relationship with OLX’s key clients
  • Review, and set the Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual, and annual evaluations
  • Coach, train, shadow, and lead on-ground team(s), and on-phone team(s) to achieve growth goals.
  • Plan, conduct, and follow up on the team’s personal and sales skills development plans.
  • Monitor, evaluate, audit, and assure sales quality as per the OLX’s quality standards.
  • Coordinate, and communicate with other departments, and functions, to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Monitor and maintain trackers, for market and industry competitors and recommend actions

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of computers, office excel, and CRMs
  • Strong connections in the SME, and Large corporate segments (preferable in HR)
  • Strong hiring and recruitment market industry knowledge.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • The ability to demonstrate strong leadership, and to motivate the sales teams.
  • The ability to resolve conflicts, and take decisions in tough situations.
